Kentucky Is...

Water spickets with rust on the handle
Tin rooves that transform an ordinary rain into a melodious lullaby
Strangers that wave to you when your car passes by

Grassy fields lined with picket fences
Bluegrass music paying at gas stations whose attendants will talk to you for hours
Ball caps hanging up as you walk in the door
Sweet Tea

Fields spotted with round hay bales
Barns of weathered gray wood that speak of longevity
White Castle - - tiny burgers

Sitting around the supper, (yes supper, not dinner) table for hours after a meal
Corn on the cob, mash potatoes, fried chicken and PIE
Simplicity
Ambling, meandering, climbing, adventure

Can you tell I LOVE this place??? Also, you know I gotta mention my Wildcats!
